About The Opportunity An exciting full‑time opportunity now exists for a Project Supervisor to join Programmed, working on our high‑profile Housing Contract in the ACT. The Project Supervisor efficiently coordinates, manages, and monitors subcontractor performance of maintenance across the contract. This role aims to guarantee the safe, timely, and client‑desired delivery of all necessary works, meeting both Programmed Facility Management (PFM) and client quality standards. Nature of the position: Full‑Time Location: Canberra, Fyshwick Reporting Line: Service Delivery Manager Benefits Attractive remuneration package Fully maintained company vehicle Work for an Industry Leader Paid parental leave and great discounts with selected retailers An Employee Assistance Program, which incorporates a tailored wellbeing initiative Key Responsibilities Oversee and ensure the safe delivery of a variety of maintenance projects Conduct on‑site appointments for maintenance works Approve works and manage small jobs Oversee a large subcontractor base that services various projects Collaborate and liaise with the client and stakeholders Ensure compliance of all occupational health and safety processes and procedures About You To be successful in this role, you will have experience in building trades/services or facilities management (or similar) in a supervisor, management, or planning/scheduling position. You will have a ‘can do’ attitude, natural ability for people engagement and passion for excellent service delivery.
