Your Role: As a Cook/Kitchen Hand, you will play an important part in delivering high-quality meals and creating a warm, homelike dining experience for our residents. Working as part of our hospitality team, you’ll support daily kitchen operations, assist with food preparation, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present nutritious and appealing meals in line with dietary requirements Assist the Chef with food preparation, cleaning, and general kitchen duties Serve and distribute meals to residents and provide dining room service Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and dining areas Accurately complete food safety and cleaning documentation Follow safe food handling procedures and infection control practices What's in it for you? To Be Successful You Will Need: NDIS Worker Clearance – MANDATORY Valid working rights in Australia – MANDATORY Hospitality or Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment A passion for delivering a person-centred approach to care Strong verbal and written communication skills An understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards Compassionate and Empathetic nature.
