With a strong foothold in the NSWmarket expanding national presence, they are looking for an experienced sales professional to drive growth across the state—with scope for broader national engagement. The Role They’re seeking a proactive, relationship-driven B2B Dairy Ingredients Salesperson based in Sydeny, with a primary focus on developing and managing clients within the state. This role also offers the opportunity to work on select national accounts and contribute to strategic growth initiatives outside of NSW. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients within the Victorian food manufacturing sector Identify and convert new sales opportunities in the dairy ingredients space Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored ingredient solutions Support select national accounts and contribute to interstate growth strategies Prepare accurate sales forecasts and market reports Represent the business at relevant trade shows and industry events About You You are an experienced, self-motivated sales professional who brings: Minimum 3 years’ B2B sales experience in dairy ingredients, includingbulk butter, cream, cheese, and whey/protein powders A deep understanding of the food manufacturing supply chain An understanding of the wider dairy market A proven ability to build strong relationships and close high-value deals Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven approach A valid driver’s licence and ability to travel across NSW, with occasional interstate travel Why Join Us?
