Job Description Our exciting Key Account Manager opportunity is a hybrid hunter role responsible for selling Experian’s leading data management solutions into a mixture of established key/enterprise accounts and large “net new” customers within specific industry verticals. This role joins a team of high performers who consistently overachieve sales targets. The position will see a new starter join at an exciting time as we bring new capabilities to the A/NZ market from the success we have seen with Experian Data Quality globally. Role An activity‑focused salesperson who consistently completes 25 customer‑facing meetings a month, combining new business and opportunity‑progress meetings. A demonstrated ability to find and close a software sales process. Experience navigating opportunities involving multiple stakeholders across business and IT functions. A candidate who wants to join and contribute to our excellent workplace culture. Qualifications Responsible for delivering agreed revenue targets by working closely with clients and prospects to understand their requirements and identify ways to help them achieve commercial objectives through better customer insight. Curiosity in questioning to understand challenges, requirements and opportunities; strong sales methodology and desire to grow. Work that matters – What you’ll be doing Acquire new business opportunities within existing customer accounts and prospects; manage and close business within those accounts. Prospect for new contacts in existing customer accounts. Attend SPIN and STRONGMAN sales training and internal sales workshops to enhance skills. Become a subject‑matter expert for clients. Manage own performance and take responsibility for self‑development aligned with personal and company objectives. More About You Confident new‑business salesperson, adept at booking and running meetings independently. 8+ years of experience with exposure to enterprise software sales.
