Bentley Location - free onsite parking Permanent Part-time position (45.6 hours per fortnight / 0.6 FTE) Access to salary packaging to extend take home pay up to $15,900 We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our ICT team in Bentley. This is a permanent part-time position contracted to 3 days a week (22.8 hours). About the Role As the Application Support Specialist, you will administer and support continuous improvement for client data systems and assist with developing and maintaining the performance, integrity, and security of Ngala’s databases. This position works closely with all database stakeholders both internal and external, with a strong analytical and technical skillset to deliver relevant information. You will provide analysis to identify requirements, design solutions, and develop reports and present information. At Ngala, our core values are Human Connection, Integrity, Fairness and Creativity. As the Application Support Specialist, you will : Coordinate and report on database development projects Primary contact for database support in conjunction with Helpdesk. Monitor the integrity of service delivery data. Train and support staff utilising data systems for recording and reporting. Review, update and develop processes and procedures for data systems in conjunction with Service staff and Managers. Assist service delivery staff with the preparation of data reports for contracts and performance measures. Role Requirements Bachelor of Information Systems, or other related field. Previous experience in database systems Intermediate Excel skills Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and independently as needed.
