The Opportunity We’re seeking a highly organised and detail‑driven Trade Marketing Specialist to oversee and execute all in‑store marketing initiatives across our national retail network. Reporting to the Retail Marketing Lead, this role coordinates the delivery of POS materials, supplier activations, in‑store radio programming, and Salesforce marketing case workflows. You’ll work closely with suppliers, category teams and store operations to ensure every campaign lands on time, on brand and on budget. Key Responsibilities In‑Store Marketing Execution Plan, coordinate, and execute end‑to‑end production and distribution of all POS materials (shelf talkers, wobblers, posters, decals, promotional displays). Manage in‑store radio content, scheduling, supplier advert integration, and partnerships with audio vendors. Provide stores with marketing assets, briefs and execution guides to ensure accurate rollout. Coordinate supplier‑funded POS requests and campaign activity aligned to brand and commercial objectives. Act as the primary contact for supplier and trade partner marketing queries. Collaborate with buying, category, and supplier teams to support promotional cycles and in‑store activations. Marketing Case Management Manage all marketing‑related Salesforce cases, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. Identify recurring issues and elevate where required to drive process improvements. Maintain dashboards and case tracking to support performance monitoring. Asset Governance & Brand Compliance Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all in‑store marketing assets. Partner with creative teams, external vendors and production partners to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective outputs. Maintain inventory of POS materials and asset libraries. Campaign & Project Coordination Support national campaigns and catalogue rollouts, managing in‑store deliverables and timelines. Work with Marketing Specialist and Digital teams to ensure integrated touchpoints and campaign alignment. Assist with store‑level feedback collection and post‑campaign reviews. Reporting & Administration Support month‑end reporting, supplier billing reconciliation and marketing recovery processes. Maintain calendars, distribution lists and campaign master files. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and supplier experience uplift. About You Education / Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline. 3–5 years’ experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or campaign coordination. Knowledge & Skills Mandatory Demonstrated experience coordinating in‑store POS and supplier activations. Strong project management and organisational skills. Understanding of retail operations and promotional cycles. Experience with Salesforce or similar workflow/case management systems. Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders. Experience in retail, pharmacy, or franchise environments. Awareness of TGA advertising code. Personal Attributes Proactive with a strong sense of ownership. High attention to detail and quality.
