Prahran-based, 3 days onsite & 2 days WFH $100K to $120K inclusive of Super Senior Marketing Specialist We are partnering with an award‑winning technology company that is in an exciting phase of scaling up globally. Their technology enables highly personalised consumer experiences across industries such as retail, health, and medical, and they are currently scaling operations across North America, Europe, and Asia. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment where you can truly "own your show," this is the role for you Role Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind the execution of marketing campaigns and daily operations. This is a highly hands‑on role perfect for a confident "maker" who loves bringing ideas to life across digital and physical channels. Global Event Management: Plan and coordinate high‑impact presence at international trade shows and field activations, managing all logistics, collateral, and post‑event follow‑up. Content Production: Coordinate and create high‑quality content—from case studies and landing pages to sales materials and product collateral—working closely with designers and external partners. Marketing Operations: Manage marketing calendars, social scheduling, asset libraries, and maintain HubSpot workflows, ensuring smooth execution and clear performance reporting. Sales Enablement: Build pitch decks and tailored one‑pagers to empower the global sales team to win deals and tenders. Qualifications Experience: At least 5–8 years in a marketing role with a strong focus on execution across digital and physical channels. Background: Prior background in B2B Tech, SaaS, Health Tech, or high‑growth start‑ups, and experience managing events/trade shows. Tech Proficiency : Hands‑on experience with CRM/Marketing Automation platforms (HubSpot proficiency is highly advantageous). Project Management : Exceptional organisational skills—you are a project management guru who excels at prioritising competing deadlines and owning deliverables.
