Position Purpose The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and analysing marketing strategies to strengthen Harmony New Energy Auto’s brand presence and support its business expansion in the Australian market. The role will contribute to strategic decision-making through market research, digital marketing, and promotional coordination. Key Duties and Responsibilities Research, analyse, and interpret Australian market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify marketing opportunities and inform business strategies. Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote Harmony New Energy Auto’s BYD products and services across Australia. Plan and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and new product launches to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Manage digital marketing channels, including company website, social media platforms, online advertising, and email marketing. Prepare and oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, press releases, digital content, and multimedia campaigns. Collaborate with internal departments and regional marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across global markets. Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, preparing analytical reports and recommendations to improve performance and ROI. Develop and maintain relationships with external advertising agencies, media partners, and suppliers. Advise management on marketing trends, potential markets, and customer needs to support business planning and development. Skills and Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is preferred. At least five (5) years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive, new-energy vehicle, or technology sectors. Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, social media management, CRM systems, and campaign analytics. Proven ability to design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with strategic objectives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is desirable due to cross-regional communication. Strong analytical, creative, and organisational abilities with a focus on results and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Salary and Employment Conditions Annual Salary: AUD $75,000-$85,000 (commensurate with qualifications and experience). Employment Basis: Full-time (permanent ongoing role).
