Senior Field Marketing Specialist – Relativity, Sydney, NSW, AU. It is a mid-level role for a hands‑on marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit, managing the execution of marketing activities across APAC, focusing on digital campaigns and events to drive lead generation and revenue growth across ANZ and Asia. It is an operational role, suitable for a marketing generalist with automation experience. You have demonstrable campaign management experience—Marketo and Salesforce, event management, and digital marketing—and you roll your sleeves up to contribute across APAC marketing in an execution and operational capacity. You keep campaign deliverables on time, on budget, monitor performance to achieve regional pipeline goals, partner with global Marketing Managers and the APAC Sales organization, and ensure alignment to the APAC business focus. Working within a global marketing team, you collaborate with mature US and European teams to maximize resources and ensure global consistency of brand and message across the region. Job Description and Requirements Work with the APAC marketing leader and APAC sales team to coordinate, execute, deliver, and optimise APAC marketing campaigns, including email builds/sends, list segmentation, landing pages, dynamic content, list imports and database management, paid search and social, and the delivery of digital and physical events across all segments; be a vital part of the Relativity Fest Sydney team, including operational and logistical event support; stay up to date with mar‑tech, marketing automation, and email marketing best practices; create and optimise marketing automation programs and lead nurturing campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce; create and deliver impactful marketing events, including project management and onsite support for small ABM events and larger industry conferences across ANZ and Asia; leverage and amplify global marketing initiatives; manage the campaign calendar and email cadence to ensure optimal engagement. 4+ years professional experience in B2B marketing or related discipline Experience in campaign management, marketing automation, events, demand generation, digital marketing Demonstrable project management skills, priority‑setting capability, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment Experience with marketing tools, Marketo and Salesforce integration Ability to engage and leverage internal resources cross‑functionally Strong analytical skills, attentive to detail, excellent written and oral communications, and ability to communicate to a diverse audience Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment Experience in B2B software and/or e‑Discovery and legal field Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS in marketing or related field, 2 years professional experience in marketing or related field.
