Automotive Salesperson-New and Pre Owned Vehicles Frankston GWM, Jeep, RAM, LDV and our Newly Appointed Leapmotor long-establishedbusiness, proudly locally and family owned, within one of the largest growth corridor in the South East of Melbourne Corridor , Operating from multiple sites specializing in New and Pre-Owned Vehicles. With the arrival of all New GWM, RAM, LDV, and Jeep product in 2026 along with our newly established Leapmotor we require Experienced Automotive Salespersons to assist our enormous progress. The successful candidates will be customer focused, immaculately presented, possess strong communication skills, and telephone technique: -. About You & the Role: Create engaging, connecting and memorable moments with our customers. Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction Surveys Excellent communication skills - Build rapport quickly and act with integrity A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales KPIs. Deliver the ultimate customer experience with a high level of professionalism. Be hungry to learn and humble when mistakes are made. Be able to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet customer and business deadlines. Be agile and flexible to change. A strong and reliable worth ethic & process driven mindset. Keeping our customers informed during their new car purchase journey. Updating your DMS - Full and Current Drivers License Delivering the feature and benefits to customers - taking them through their new and pre-owned deliveries This role requires you to sell new and pre-owned vehicles via email, over the phone and face to face. To be considered for this role, you'll need to have : Confident sales and negotiation skills A high level of personal presentation Excellent communication skills - written and verbal A commitment to building a long-term career Motivation and passion for what you do The successful candidates will be rewarded with: A highly competitive team environment A sound salary and commission structure package Genuine 5 day working week (Monday - Saturday with a weekday RDO) A great team culture across all departments Strong Management team who leads with integrity and trains for success Experience in the automotive industry is essential with experience in the GWM, LDV, RAM or Jeep Network preferred.
