Job Description Reporting to the Volunteer Services Team Leader, this position provides support for the promotion, recruitment, induction, ongoing training, deployment, support, and recognition of all volunteers at the City of Stirling. Recruit and induct new volunteers Support training and development programs Maintain accurate volunteer database records Liaise with community groups and stakeholders Assist with planning and evaluation of services Organise volunteer recognition events Provide admin and customer service support Contribute to policy and procedure development What You’ll Bring Certificate IV in Community Services or similar Experience working with and leading volunteers Strong communication and presentation skills Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance Ability to manage budgets and resources Conflict resolution and negotiation skills Intermediate MS Office skills Qualifications Certificate IV in Community Services or equivalent or a minimum of two years experience in working and leading volunteers. Current First Aid, Driver’s Licence, Police Clearance.
