Help us make a real difference Hands and Feet rescues surplus food and provides free hampers to nearly 3,500 people across five states every week. Volunteers are at the heart of our work, and we are looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to support our Manager in growing, supporting, and celebrating our amazing volunteer team. Your Role Be the first point of contact for people responding to ads on Seek Volunteer and other volunteer job boards Assist with onboarding new volunteers in ensuring all new volunteers are inducted Coordinate with Volunteer Resource Centres to schedule the Manager's participation in recruitment presentations Explore new avenues for volunteer recruitment, and strategies Update volunteer roles, post ads on Seek Volunteer, and create recruitment materials such as flyers Support volunteer communications, recognition, and engagement initiatives You Are Organised, proactive, a strong communicator, and passionate about helping your community. Skilled in the use of MS PowerPoint and AI Category: Community Services Commitment: Regular - more than 6 months Type Of Work: Administration & Office Management, Marketing, Media & Communications, Research, Policy & Analysis, Writing & Editing Time Required: 4 hours or more each week Training: Yes, full training will be provided #J-18808-Ljbffr
