We are looking for a dedicated and organized volunteer to support our Volunteer Coordinator with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about community engagement and interested in gaining hands‑on experience in volunteer management and administration within a dynamic, multicultural environment. Position description The Volunteer Coordinator will play a key role in supporting ERCWAs mission by assisting in the coordination and management of volunteers across various programs. Working closely with the existing Volunteer Coordinator, you will help ensure the smooth running of volunteer activities and contribute to a welcoming and engaging environment for both volunteers and program participants. Key Duties and Responsibilities Assist with volunteer recruitment processes Support volunteer database maintenance and data entry Help with scheduling and rostering of volunteers Assist with internal communications to volunteers Greet and support volunteers on‑site, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Help coordinate small volunteer events and recognition activities Assist with general administrative tasks as required Requirements National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain) Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Category Community Services Commitment Regular - more than 6 months #J-18808-Ljbffr
