About Us Hands and Feet rescues quality food and provides free hampers to almost 3,500 people every week across five states. We rely on dedicated volunteers to help ensure everyone in our community has access to nutritious food. Role Purpose As a Volunteer Warehouse Coordinator, youll support the smooth and safe running of our warehouse, guide volunteers, and help ensure food is sorted and prepared for distribution. What Youll Do Support, train, and supervise volunteers during warehouse shifts Assist with inducting new volunteers Ensure operating procedures are followed Oversee sorting, packing, stock rotation, and shelving Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace Ensure safety and food-handling guidelines are followed Help coordinate daily workflow and priorities What We’re Looking For Friendly, supportive communicator Comfortable leading small teams Organised and safety-aware Reliable and committed to helping the community Why Volunteer With Us?
