We approach our work in a warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive way.******JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people live, work, play, shop, and eat.*****What this job involves**We’re looking for a personable and proactive Concierge to join our government client onsite in their Paramatta office You will be responsible for providing end-to-end customer service through each interaction, this includes creating a welcoming and professional service within the building.**This role requires you to be an Australian Citizen and you will need to be able to obtain baseline security clearance.***A snapshot of the role:** Provide professional help desk and customer service to all customers and visitors to the building* Serve as main point of contact for all building issues* Support visitors with locations, telephone lists and general orientation* Conduct daily floor inspections and record maintenance issues* Manage central room booking service for common areas and conference rooms* Manage parking allocation records and inspect car parks daily* Set up and maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms, break areas, lounge areas and common spaces* Experience working in similar high pressure, high secruity environments* Professional customer service and communication skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships* Exposure to buidling maintenance requests* Familiar with room setup and event coordination* **Mandatory - clear criminal history record check****What you can expect from us:**As an organisation, we don’t just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
