Part-Time | Flexible Hours | Experienced Print Professional Document Management Tasmania is seeking an experienced Print Estimator to join our growing team in Hobart. If you have a strong background in the print industry and enjoy working with numbers, scheduling, and client requirements, this is an excellent opportunity to bring your expertise to a respected Tasmanian business. About the Role Prepare accurate estimates and quotes for digital, offset and large-format print jobs Review artwork, specifications and production requirements to determine costings Liaise with clients to clarify details and provide pricing updates Work closely with production staff to ensure quotes align with workflow capacity Maintain accurate data in estimating systems and support job planning Assist with occasional customer service and administrative tasks when required What We’re Looking For Previous print industry experience is essential , ideally in an estimating or production role Strong understanding of print processes, substrates, finishing and turnaround times High accuracy with numbers and strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to assist clients professionally Ability to work independently and manage workflow within flexible part-time hours Familiarity with print estimating software (advantage but not essential) Why Join Document Management Tasmania?
