What You Offer Us Client Services Knowledge: 3 years minimum in similar roles in Customer Service within Property Development is desirable. A self‑driven and motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, a can‑do attitude, adaptability, and the ability to handle challenges at a fast pace. Administration: A drive to ensure Customer Service is delivered to a high and consistent standard, with a detail‑oriented and clear approach to ensuring an exceptional experience for each purchaser. Client Journey: An understanding of the client journey process with an ability to work across internal and external stakeholders to nurture lasting relationships. Team: A confident individual comfortable making decisions with proven experience working both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications & Experience A qualification in Property, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential. Basic knowledge of legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements relevant to property sales, development, and settlement. 3 years minimum experience in a Customer Service or similar role within the Building and Real Estate Industry (Sales, Client Experience) is desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (including Project); experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent) is preferred.
