The Role and Opportunity What You’ll Do Coordinate the onboarding of new clients to ensure a seamless, positive experience. Implement advice for new and existing clients accurately and on time. Prepare review reports, client service agreements, fee forms, and associated documentation. Maintain client data in Xplan and other systems with precision. Liaise between advisers, technical support, and administration teams to keep workflows smooth. Assist with client meetings and follow-up actions. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years’ experience in client administration within financial planning. Strong technical knowledge of SMSFs, trusts, investment platforms, managed portfolios, and insurance. Excellent Xplan skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proven ability to implement advice and coordinate administration tasks. Exceptional attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to manage priorities. A proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills and commitment to client service excellence. Location This role is based in Moorabbin and offers built-in flexibility to support a healthy work‑life balance. During the first six months, you’ll be required to work on‑site to ensure a smooth onboarding and training experience.
