Overview Create your best future and join Westpac as an Associate Network Engineer. What’s the role? The Associate Network Engineer will be responsible for providing level 2 incident troubleshooting and resolution, monitoring network performance and capacity, and performing network changes in line with business requirements. It will also involve participating in a roster to support extended and out-of-hours operations, contributing to network design and implementation activities, and engaging in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network efficiency, scalability, and reliability. What do I need? Essential: Networking basics – 1-3 years of experience. Troubleshooting Cisco network devices – 1-3 years of experience. Experience with ITIL framework. Networking Certifications - CCNA. Desirable: SD-WAN troubleshooting/implementation. Automation skills (Python, etc). Managing enterprise networks. Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field. Why join us?
