BMW Business Manager (Finance & Insurance) North Shore BMW located at Chatswood,Mosman & Artarmon, one of the most progressive and successful prestige dealers in Sydney, is seeking an experienced Automotive Business Manager. With a track record of closing deals and working well in the both the new and used car business. This role is Full Time on a 5-day working roster that will include a portion of weekend work. Your responsibilities include generating business from new and existing customers by recommending a range of suitable finance and insurance products, providing our customers with a high-quality buying experience, maximising sales results for the dealership, managing the finance and insurance process including the collection and submission of applications and maintaining the highest standard of customer service and compliance. Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: Proven track record of delivering results in an F&I role in the automotive industry Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders and team members Commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience Professional presentation and ability to foster relationships with customers of a prestige product What’s in it for you 5 day working week Admin and settlement support Car allowance or company vehicle (FBT free EV’s available) Ongoing professional development internally and with our lending partners A commission plan based on both personal and team KPI’s Growing volume opportunities in both our new and used car operations External funding access for incremental business Positive working culture and environment Quality applicants and large enquiry levels Newly Renovated showroom at Chatswood.
