PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport is looking to appoint a friendly and professional Overnight Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office Team on a Part-Time basis. The Role: Reporting to the Hotel Duty Manager Provide guests with high quality service throughout their stay Assist guests with Check-In, Check-Out and Information Services throughout their stay Create a great first and last impression of the Hotel Working overnight shift from 10pm to 7am across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
