The Role We are looking for a detail oriented and guest centric Overnight Guest Service Agent to join our team. Reporting to the Night Manager, your key roles and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Assist guests with Check in, Check out and Information Services throughout their stay Assist guests with their luggage requirements, providing a personable and superstar service Assist with delivering guest amenities and enjoy being an all rounder Assist Night Manager with overnight front office guest account checks, audit reports and reconciliations Ensuring the safety and security of the hotel and our guests overnight About You To excel in the role, you should have: Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service industries Ability to work a rotating roster and overnight hours including weekends and public holidays A fun & supportive approach to teamwork In return for your commitment Excellent career growth opportunity within the hotel, suitable for a hospitality professional who strives for growth and development Ascott Worldwide and Property specific Associate discounts Participate in our property incentive and benefit programs If this sounds like you, apply today with your cover letter and CV below.
