About the Role In this frontline role, you’ll be the key point of contact for our customers, managing enquiries, bookings, and updates throughout the repair process. Your ability to deliver a seamless customer experience will help us continue to build trust and satisfaction in every interaction The ideal candidate will bring Proven customer service or admin experience (automotive with iBodyshop experience preferred, not essential) Professional communication and time‑management skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail and a team‑first attitude Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for all customer interactions Book and manage all booking schedules Manage customer concerns and feedback Handle incoming and outgoing calls Take payments and confirm customer bookings Perform data entry, including entering invoices and invoicing jobs Values and Ideal Candidate Will Include: Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Great communication and people skills Desire to work within a growing business and be rewarded for their success Willingness to learn new skills and take on responsibility Punctual, reliable, presentable, and have a valid driver’s license What We Offer You: A supportive, professional team culture Industry‑leading training and development Competitive remuneration and career growth opportunities A modern, customer‑focused workplace Ready to Join Our Wollongong Team?
