About the Role We are looking for a superstar Customer Service Officer You will be the first point of contact for our customers at IRT. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, offering appropriate solutions, and promoting our range of products and services. This role operates on a hybrid model on a fixed-term 12 month contract , working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm – you’ll split your time between working from home and in our Wollongong office, where you’ll attend meetings, facilitate learning, and collaborate with the team.
