Salary: $65,000 - $79,000 + Superannuation + NFP salary packaging benefits Employment status: Full Time Permanent Hey you Matchworks is looking for a positive and solutions-focused Business Development Consultant, or as we call them, Employer Engagement Partner. In this role you will be the bridge between job seekers and employers — opening doors to lasting, meaningful employment opportunities. At Matchworks, we’re passionate about helping people find work that fits — connecting employers with motivated job seekers and supporting both to succeed. What you’ll do Build genuine connections with employers to uncover and create long‑term job opportunities. Collaborate with job seekers to match their strengths, skills and goals with the right roles. Support employers with practical recruitment advice and onboarding guidance to help placements succeed. What you’ll bring A knack for building trust and strong relationships with employers and job seekers alike. Enthusiasm for connecting people with work that changes lives. Clear, confident communication and the ability to work collaboratively with your team. Have an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate (we’ll help guide you through this).
