Overview Join to apply for the Employer Engagement BDM role at AIA Australia . The opportunity supports the development and promotion of strategic growth opportunities across all AIA’s distribution segments, including new business growth in large superannuation funds, corporate life and health, and other large Group Scheme opportunities (traditional and non-traditional). The role focuses on maximizing sales and strategic growth of the corporate life including health business lines through brokers. Responsibilities To do this successfully you will: Have relevant degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Other industry related studies 3-5 years Life insurance experience with a deep understanding of the superannuation and group life insurance industry Experienced in selling B2B propositions, with a particular competency in detail, execution and agility to review plans for success Advanced knowledge of partner needs, behaviours and preferences with regards to Life Insurance and membership growth Proven track record of strategic thinking, development of propositions and differentiated proposals in a B2B environment Well-developed networking skills Impeccable negotiation skills Excellent presentation and communication skills Knowledge of the Acts and Legislation that govern the industry Successful applications will demonstrate Drive the employer engagement proposition new business and existing business opportunities for group insurance, aligned to the overall enterprise strategic plan Source, develop, manage and maintain key relationships directly with superannuation fund employer and growth teams, brokers, and key corporate employers Support development of market leading employer propositions that position AIA as a thought leader in the market Collaborate with key stakeholders across Embrace, Vitality and Health to effectively communicate AIA’s employer engagement proposition into the market Collaborate with client leads to align partner strategies with group insurance growth objectives and shared value principles Why choose AIA Access our training and development to build on your current skills Career development through internal mobility opportunities Work for a business helping millions of Australians and make a difference to someone’s life everyday Access additional leave days a year to recharge and refresh yourself Enjoy wonderful Health and Wellbeing initiatives that support you Work with supportive and inclusive managers Flexible working arrangement #J-18808-Ljbffr
