We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who is a key player in our new chapter. This role demands intelligent prospecting, deep relationship nurturing, and championing the value of a full-service agency partnership. If you have a proven sales background and a passion for digital, you’ll fit right in. Key Responsibilities Own the Business Development Strategy, targeting established brands seeking full-agency solutions. Identify, qualify, and nurture high-value prospects into long-term client relationships. Articulate and champion our enhanced marketing, media, and comms offering against competitors. Lead the pitch process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and successful handover. Craft bespoke solutions based on a deep understanding of prospective clients’ business objectives. Maintain a pipeline focused on quality clients who align with our full-service model. About You The ideal candidate is a high-energy, digitally passionate professional who thrives on making genuine connections and driving sustainable growth. Proven Sales Track Record: 2+ years in BDM/Sales. Client Relationship Focus: Proven ability to build trust and long-term partnerships. Churn and burn is not our style. Driven by Digital: A strong appreciation and understanding of the value of digital marketing; agency background is a bonus, but strong sales skills are essential. Goal-Oriented: Ability to understand business objectives and create clear, achievable goals. Confident and Articulate: Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Highly Organised: Ability to manage a dynamic pipeline and take initiative autonomously. Ready to Pitch Yourself?
