Job Description Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organisational goals. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management. Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business performance. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
