Provide administrative support in the People & Culture team Utilise and develop your HR generalist skills Full time fixed term position (to Nov 2026) About the Position The Coordinator People Operations is responsible for providing administrative support to the People and Culture team and generalist HR advice to the wider organisation. In this role you’ll be the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries proactively finding solutions and triaging requests. You will support HR operational processes contribute to system upgrade and improvement projects and ensure HR records are maintained accurately and efficiently. You’ll enable and support hiring managers to navigate recruitment and onboarding with confidence ensuring processes are clear consistent and well supported while providing guidance across the broader employee lifecycle to create a seamless team member experience. Full time fixed term position (to Nov 2026). Band 3.1 Salary $78,901.68 per annum plus superannuation. Your Qualifications Skills and Experience Relevant qualification in Business or Human Resources or equivalent experience in a generalist HR position (minimum 3 years) Strong understanding of industrial relations frameworks and legislation and familiarity with industrial instruments including awards and enterprise agreements Strong customer service focus with a proactive approach to problem solving and managing relationships with a variety of people at different levels Proven ability to analyse and improve processes incorporating a broad range of stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes A growth mindset with demonstrated high performance in an environment with high levels of change Well-developed written and verbal communication administration and prioritisation skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrated initiative and ability to work autonomously Understands and maintains confidentiality Proven experience with and understanding of current technology and operating systems and applications and the demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technology and systems including upgrades and changes within a reasonable timeframe Experience with Human Resources information systems and talent management systems (PageUp / Chris21 / Momentus) desirable For more details please read Position Description - Coordinator People About the Team The People Operations team sits within People & Culture and is responsible for providing end-to-end people partnering recruitment employee relations and change management services.
