Beverage Production Manager

Your Impact As Beverage Manager , you’ll take ownership of the strategic direction and operations of our brewhouse and blending operations at our Laverton site. You’ll lead a high‑performing team to deliver consistent product quality, drive efficiency, and support new product launches. With responsibility for raw material inputs, process capability, capital planning and continuous improvement, this is a critical leadership role in our site’s manufacturing success. Key Responsibilities Lead and optimise brewhouse and blending operations across beer, cider, RTD, spirit and soft drink production. Champion Asahi Way best practice in all areas, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee new product development trials and product launches in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Manage raw material strategy, quality compliance and supplier relationships. Own cost control, budgeting, yield improvement and manufacturing KPIs. Drive safety, environmental compliance and a strong performance culture on site. Lead and develop your team, ensuring clear goals, coaching and succession planning are in place. About You Qualified with IBD Diploma in Brewing 5–7 years’ experience in FMCG manufacturing, ideally with brewing or blending exposure. Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills. Skilled in lean/CI methods, operational planning and stakeholder engagement. Proven ability to lead teams and deliver outcomes in quality, cost, and delivery performance. Familiar with ISO, HACCP, safety and environmental systems. Why Asahi?
