What we are looking for We are seeking a hands‑on, organised, and proactive Production Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys supervising a team, and is committed to delivering high‑quality production output while maintaining strict safety and operational standards. If you have worked in a hospitality, brewery or distillery environment and you’re enthusiastic to learn cocktail batching and production on a large scale, this could be the job for you. The Role Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Coordinator will be responsible for: Duties & Responsibilities Monitor adherence to production processes to ensure efficient, high‑quality output. Manage sales orders and oversee accurate picking of all orders. Safely operate and supervise production equipment including juicer, bottling machinery, tanks, rotary evaporator, keg cleaner. Provide training and guidance to team members on proper equipment operation. Assist in managing and delivering production quantities and quality output. Maintain stock control systems, including batch tracking, stock movement, and assemblies. Conduct ABV testing and maintain production batch records. Assist with stocktakes. Implement cleaning and maintenance schedules. Follow all Workplace Health and Safety guidelines. Conduct regular WHS audits of the warehouse. What we require from you High attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Proven ability to supervise and lead a team, providing clear direction and constructive feedback. Excellent communication and listening skills. The ability to work autonomously while maintaining collaboration and team motivation. Strong work ethic and physical capability to actively participate in production tasks. A commitment to safety, including HACCP compliance and WHS best practices.
