Production Supervisor

Reporting to the Production Manager - CLDF, you’ll lead the production team and contractors, manage scheduling, safety, and tooling knowledge, and work closely with internal customers to deliver high-quality, on-time die‑making outputs. What You’ll Do Supervise production teams and contractors at CLDF Manage R&M budgets, inventory, and production scheduling (SAP) Maintain a safe workplace and support HSE initiatives and audits Capture and share tooling and die‑making expertise across the team Act as the technical link between CLDF and VFP to support customers Deliver continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC Build strong relationships across internal teams, suppliers, and customers What You’ll Bring Experience in production supervision, planning, or project coordination Strong understanding of HSE compliance and safety leadership Knowledge of die‑making, tooling, machining, or similar manufacturing Confidence using continuous improvement tools and problem‑solving methods Clear communicator with solid stakeholder and customer service skills Competent using MS Office and production systems Packaging or manufacturing industry exposure is desirable What You’ll Love When You Join Us Supportive and dynamic work environment where your expertise is valued Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Discounted health insurance and exclusive banking offers Purchased annual leave 12 weeks paid parental leave and keep‑in‑touch days Discounts on health and wellbeing products Novated lease and salary sacrifice arrangements About Visy Visy is powering the circular economy, closing the loop between packaging, remanufacturing and recycling.
