About the Role As Clinical Practice Lead, you will drive excellence in teaching and learning across health and medical education, with a focus on competency‑based assessment and clinical integration. This leadership role supports curriculum innovation, educator development, and quality assurance aligned with Flinders University’s strategic goals. Lead development and implementation of competency‑based assessments. Deliver and coordinate engaging, student‑centred teaching in clinical education. Support Work Integrated Learning and curriculum renewal across programs. Provide educational leadership and contribute to accreditation and service activities. About You You are a qualified health professional and experienced educator with a passion for clinical teaching and assessment. With a strong foundation in pedagogical practice and leadership, you bring innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to student success. PhD or equivalent in a health‑related field and AHPRA registration. Proven excellence in tertiary teaching and curriculum coordination. Experience in competency‑based assessment and clinical education. Strong communication and leadership across academic and professional domains.
