Experienced Centre Director

$105,000 – $120,000 per year + 10K sign on bonus We are a highly motivated, experienced and innovative team and we support our people to be their best. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our dedicated Teachers and Childcare Educators. This role will be based at our Grimshaw St Early Learning Centre. This role comes with a competitive remuneration package of: $105,000 – 120,000 per annum + $10,000 sign‑on bonus + $5,000 relocation allowance (based on experience). About the Role Working closely with your team of teachers and educators, you will be empowered to: Lead a professional team of teachers & educators to create a safe and secure environment where children are encouraged to be brave, curious, and imaginative in their learning. Build lasting and meaningful relationships with families , ensuring they feel informed and confident that their children are receiving the highest quality education and care. Lead decisions about resourcing, maintaining and innovating within the educational environments for children. Develop an exceptional culture of quality and safety , making our centre the preferred choice in our community. Contribute to making Advanced Childcare Management a shining example of our commitment to being brave, positive, thoughtful, and professional in every aspect of our work. Utilise your leadership and business skills and experience to drive business performance, supporting sustainability and re‑investment into our environments, practices, teams and centre overall. Lead your professional development through exceptional coaching, conferences, mentoring, and career advancement opportunities. Collaborate with professional educators and teachers through workshops and meetings to share best practice and innovate in the context of ECEC programmes. About You We are seeking applicants who have; Completed a Diploma in Children’s Services and/or Bachelor of Education. Prior experience working in a long day‑care centre as a Centre Director. Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and EYLF. Demonstrated ability to lead. Budget and financial accountability experience. Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certifications. Eligibility to work in Australia and a working with children check.
