What you’ll do: Provide high-level administrative support to the designated area/store/team/branch Coordinate team logistics, including rosters, training matrices, audits, and compliance Manage site mobilisation requirements, ensuring accurate time-sheet entries and induction processes Oversee work order administration, labour entries, purchase orders, and warranty processing Maintain inventory control, including safety supplies (PPE), uniforms, and departmental stationery Deliver exceptional customer service, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely payments Support additional tasks as required to assist various branches and locations Skills and Experience: Strong administrative skills with at least 2 years of relevant experience Excellent communication—interpersonal, written, and verbal Exceptional customer service with ability to build and maintain relationships Advanced computer literacy—proficiency in MS Office and internet-based applications High attention to detail and ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities Strong time management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment Previous mobilisation experience highly regarded Our Benefits inclusive of but not limited to: Financial Benefits – Paid Parental Leave & Secondary Carers Leave, Salary Sacrificing, Novated Leasing, Income Protection Insurance & More than 600 retail discounts such as Coles, Petbarn, Virgin, HOYTS & Crown.
