Join us and be a part of DSV’s global family. DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Manager, Inbound & Inventory in Kemps Creek - Sydney. The Manager, Inbound & Inventory serves as a vital link between customers and employees, overseeing day-to-day activities within our 3PL Solutions environment. This role ensures smooth operations, maintains compliance with customer requirements, and upholds company standards. The Manager guides team members, manages workflow, and prioritizes tasks to meet customer and company deadlines. Additionally, this position is part of the larger site team, collaborating to support the site's strategic objectives and policies. Your typical day at DSV: Customer & Communication Management: Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring effective communication, timely resolution of service issues, and proactive updates on inbound shipments and inventory needs. Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily warehouse activities to meet operational KPIs, ensuring all orders are processed, dispatched, and documented accurately in line with company and GxP compliance standards. Inventory & Supplier Control: Manage inventory accuracy through system-based tracking, stock audits, and supplier performance reviews, taking corrective actions where necessary. Process & Quality Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by reviewing workflows, updating SOPs, and implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Training & Team Development: Develop and maintain structured training programs and a current training matrix to ensure team competence, compliance, and safety awareness. Resource & Compliance Management: Allocate labor and resources effectively for inbound/outbound operations, maintain accrual accuracy, and manage CAPA processes via the VAULT system. Risk & Performance Oversight: Conduct risk assessments, support audit readiness, and provide financial and operational reports to management to ensure business continuity and informed decision-making. About you: Proven experience in 3PL or warehouse operations, inventory management, and team leadership. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines. Proficiency in inventory management software and data analysis. Excellent communication skills, with experience in customer liaison and supplier coordination. Why DSV?
