We are looking for a motivated, strategic and engaging individual to join our team in the role of Advisor Facilities Operations, based on site supporting our iron ore operations. Facilities Operations works in partnership with our service providers to support the safe delivery of facilities management services in our villages, towns, ports, and mine sites. Through an outsourced integrated service model, we deliver accommodation, catering, cleaning, grounds, facilities maintenance, transport and airport services. The Advisor Facilities will support the delivery of facilities management services by focusing on safety, partnership, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance. Responsibilities The Advisor Facilities will support the delivery of facilities management services by focusing on safety, partnership, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance. Qualifications Experience in Facilities Management and outsourced integrated service delivery. Supporting, coaching and supporting team members across multiple geographical locations. Experience in contributing to the growth and sustainability of a mature safety culture. Well-developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience working in collaborative partnerships. Ability to lead and support the management of psycho-social events. Demonstrated system and process improvement skills. Manual C Class driver's licence. It will also be beneficial if you have In-field safety experience and a strong working knowledge of Rio Tinto's safety systems and processes. Experience with Rio Tinto's Contractor Management System. Formal qualifications in Facilities management. WHS Statutory Supervisor. Bachelor level degree. Where you'll be working Located 60km north-west of Tom Price, Brockman is wholly owned and operated by Rio Tinto. Opened in 2015, this open pit operation offers a family friendly fly in fly out roster with state‑of‑the‑art camp facilities. The Greater Brockman Operations consist of Brockman 2, Brockman 4, Nammuldi and Silvergrass. Driving the latest technological advancements, the open‑pit mines offer an avenue for opportunity and career progression.
