Learn more about us and what we do at awaresuper.com.au Your New Role The purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality support to both internal and external advisers who assist Aware members. As the first point of contact, the Adviser Engagement Consultant provides end-to-end operational and phone-based support, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience. In addition, you will: Manage inbound enquiries via telephone and relevant operational queues; Handle all Adviser queries in a professional, efficient and accurate manner and account for the end-to-end adviser experience; Communicate effectively with stakeholders and peers to provide service excellence to the Adviser network. The idea of being part of our growth is exciting, and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple; Demonstrated experience in financial services, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service; Proven ability to support financial advisers through both written communication and scheduled inbound call handling; Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong emotional intelligence and stakeholder awareness; Apply a sound understanding of legislative requirements and internal business rules to all interactions and processes; Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally; Represent Aware professionally in all interactions, embodying the organization's values and commitment to service excellence; Contribute to business initiatives and foster a culture of openness by providing constructive feedback and suggestions.
