Adviser Engagement Consultant – Aware Super Aware Super (one of Australia’s largest profit‑for‑members superannuation funds) seeks an Adviser Engagement Consultant to provide high‑quality, phone‑based support to both internal and external advisers. As the first point of contact, you will manage inbound enquiries, handle all Adviser queries efficiently, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver service excellence across the Adviser network. Your New Role Manage inbound enquiries via telephone and internal operational queues. Handle all Adviser queries in a professional, efficient, and accurate manner, ensuring a seamless end‑to‑end adviser experience. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and peers to provide service excellence to the Adviser network. How do you exceed our expectations? Demonstrated experience in financial services, focusing on high‑quality service delivery. Proven ability to support financial advisers through both written communication and scheduled inbound call handling. Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder awareness. Sound understanding of legislative requirements and internal business rules applied to all interactions and processes. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally. Represent Aware professionally in all interactions, embodying the organization’s values and commitment to service excellence. Contribute to business initiatives and foster a culture of openness by providing constructive feedback and suggestions.
