With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference About The Opportunity Reporting to the Foodservice State Sales Manager, you will be primarily accountable for achieving budgeted sales targets and development of effective sales strategies within a defined metropolitan sales territory. The territory region covers Melbourne’s Western & Northern Suburbs, and CBD. Your Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To Managing and meeting with your existing client portfolio Identifying and securing new business opportunities within your territory Infiltrate and increase product categories and ranges within your customers Managing the relationships with the distribution network Conducting sales presentations, coordinating promotions, merchandising & product development Planning sales activities and reporting on customer performance Providing market information and feedback to management You will have previous Sales experience within the Food Service and/or FMCG industry ideally with experience selling to QSR, Hotels, Restaurants/Cafes, Hospitals and Industrial sectors. You will have previous success in managing and growing a sales territory and strong skills in Business Development and Account Management. The successful candidate will be results driven and have demonstrated business acumen with a view to providing the best possible results for the company as well as adding value to the customers’ business.
