Who We're Looking For You're an experienced leader with strong technical insight and the confidence to manage a dynamic service operation. You may have a background in : Hydraulics Mechanical services Component repair / overhaul Heavy industrial services OEM, mining services, or related sectors Most importantly, you're someone who thrives on building teams, developing capability, and driving performance. You will excel in this role if you : Bring deep knowledge of hydraulic systems, repairs, or industrial service delivery. Possess strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage P&L outcomes. Have experience influencing and developing teams in fast‑paced environments. Build strong customer relationships and communicate with impact. Are strategic, decisive, and energised by operational leadership. Lead with integrity, safety, and a continuous improvement mindset.
