About the role Reporting to Senior Manager Southern Melbourne , your responsibilities include delivering high-quality relationship education programs on-line (may be in person on occasion) such as Tuning in to Kids and Dads Tuning in to Kids, supporting clients to build stronger connections with their children and others, and to develop skills for overcoming relationship challenges. The role also contributes to the advancement of RAV’s Child and Family Strategy through the facilitation of the Respect and Connect: A healthy relationships program for schools. You’ll ensure all programs are delivered safely, professionally, and in line with RAV’s values and evidence-based practices to achieve positive outcomes for clients. This role is located at Cranbourne and is casual. The base salary for this role is $64.12 to $65.93 per hour (including 25% casual loading) . About you Tertiary qualifications in psychology, social work, or a related allied health discipline, with experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through group work and individual interventions. Strong assessment and referral skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills, with a commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive, and evidence-based practice.
