ProLift Trucks is seeking a talented, result orientated Operations Coordinator to join our team in Narellan, NSW. The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe delivery of daily operations. This role supports service scheduling, inventory coordination, logistics, and communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams. What we're looking for Previous experience in operations, logistics, scheduling, or service coordination (preferred in equipment or industrial sectors). Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency with scheduling software, Microsoft Office Suite, or service management tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of forklifts or material handling equipment is an asset but not required. What you'll be doing Coordinate daily service schedules for forklift technicians. Manage work orders, job tracking, and service documentation. Assist with parts inventory, ordering, and stock management. Communicate with customers regarding service updates, quotes, and follow-ups. Support logistics for equipment deliveries, pickups, and rentals. Work closely with the Director to improve workflow efficiency. Maintain compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
