About the opportunity As a Senior Financial Systems & Modelling Analyst, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of the Oracle EPM or IBM Planning Analytics system. This system supports Group reporting, budgeting, forecasting models and finance business intelligence. You will oversee system architecture, maintenance, administration, security and user support. You will also ensure data integrity with source systems, develop financial models and reports and provide finance-related ERP and network access administration support services. Your key responsibilities will be Maintain and administer the Oracle EPM or IBM Planning Analytics system, including backups, upgrades, system architecture, and user licence management Develop and support financial models and reports for group reporting, planning, and forecasting Ensure data integrity by updating finance data cubes, aligning with source systems, and managing access controls Provide ERP finance administration support, including cost centre setup, reporting hierarchies, and month-end close activities Manage network access controls for finance systems and shared drives Deliver effective user support, resolve system issues, and coordinate IBM Planning Analytics training Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external support providers to ensure systems meet RACV requirements What you’ll need to be successful Minimum 9 years’ experience supporting Oracle, IBM Planning Analytics or similar multi-dimensional database systems At least 5 years’ experience writing code to deliver operational efficiencies Minimum 2 years’ experience providing ERP finance administration support Tertiary qualifications in IT, Finance or a related field Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Functional knowledge of finance operations including management reporting, planning, forecasting, general ledger accounting and consolidation Advanced knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office 365 suite Experience with SAP ERP Familiarity with systems design The RACV difference At RACV, we believe that maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace is an important element in our continued success.
