About the Role We’re looking for a creative and strategic Senior Content Marketing Executive with a passion for storytelling, editing, and producing engaging social content. You’ll play a key role in shaping ShopBack’s organic and paid social presence, working closely with the Content Manager to bring campaigns to life and grow our brand across platforms. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creation Develop and execute content strategies across all social channels (Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms) to drive engagement, awareness, and conversion. Lead the content creation process from concept to publication - including video editing, copywriting, and production coordination. Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and aesthetic across all content. Social Media Execution Collaborate with the Social Media Lead to plan and manage content calendars aligned with campaign launches, business objectives, and key marketing moments. Optimise content performance through analytics and insights, leveraging data to refine creative strategies. Engage with communities across social platforms, responding to comments and fostering meaningful audience interactions. Campaign & Collaboration Partner with designers, photographers, videographers, and talent to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative.
