This position sits within the Banking Systems Team, reporting directly to a senior leader and working closely with cross-functional teams across the Bank. The team is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across banking platforms, including New Payments Platform (NPP) initiatives.
