Our Quality Auditors play a critical role in lifting consistency across projects, ensuring compliance with our QMS and ISO 9001, reducing rework, and helping our teams deliver right-first-time outcomes. You will embody an Inspirational approach to work. What you’ll do: Conduct internal audits across projects, teams, and supply chain partners Deliver an annual audit plan covering construction activity, subcontractors & internal functions Review subcontractor documentation, ITPs and installation compliance Perform surveillance on high-risk construction activities and First-of-Kind installations Identify NCRs, investigate root causes and monitor close-out Verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions Maintain accurate quality records in Visibuild and other QMS platforms Produce audit reports, insights and monthly quality performance summaries Support external certification and surveillance audits Provide training, coaching and guidance to project teams and trade partners Contribute to business-wide continuous improvement initiatives What you’ll bring: 5+ years’ experience in construction quality, auditing or compliance ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (or working toward) Strong understanding of QMS, ISO standards and construction quality requirements Skilled in conducting audits, analysing findings and preparing clear reportsAbility to review complex documentation and technical information Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills Confidence working across multiple sites and engaging with diverse project teams High proficiency with digital quality tools (e.g., Visibuild, O365, ITP platforms) A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement We are Driven to offer you a great career and benefits.
