Responsibilities Portfolio strategy and outcomes : Channel architecture, content pillars, experiments, and quarterly OKRs tied to revenue and pipeline. Creative direction : Clear briefs, hooks that travel, and vertical-first storytelling across Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and LinkedIn. Performance integration : Collaborate with the paid team to plan assets, create testing matrices, and allocate budgets that enhance CPA, CTR, and ROAS. Data and measurement : Define north-star metrics, dashboards, UTMs, testing roadmaps, and weekly review rhythms. People leadership : Mentor coordinators and creators, set QA standards, run rituals, and level up craft with structured feedback. Client leadership : Present with clarity to heads of marketing and founders, manage risk, guide crisis comms, and protect brand safety. Delivery excellence : Forecast resourcing, lock timelines, and keep multi-workstream programs on track without quality drift. Innovation and IP : Growth : Shape proposals, join pitches, and expand scope through smart roadmaps and results. Qualifications 7+ years in social across multi-brand portfolios. Track record of leading strategy that delivered measurable growth. Confident with analytics across native platform insights. Comfortable briefing and directing video, designers, creators, and editors. Strong client comms, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
