Remote Solar Sales Rep – Booked Appointments Provided | Full Training Turn Energy into Income ⚡ We’re looking for confident, motivated people to join our remote solar sales team in Victoria. If you’ve got great people skills and want to build financial freedom in one of Australia’s fastest-growing industries, this is your opportunity. You’ll be provided with qualified booked appointments (in-home and over-the-phone). No cold calling or door knocking – just real customers who have already shown interest in going solar. Your role is to attend, present, and close. What You’ll Be Doing Attend booked in-home or phone appointments (no cold calling) Help customers understand solar solutions and finance options Close jobs and earn high commissions Manage your own schedule remotely Attend fortnightly in‑person meetings for ongoing training and support Report daily results and track performance What We Offer Commission-only position with $100K–$150K OTE (high performers earn $200K+) Average reps earn $8K–$15K/month , top performers exceed $20K+ Full training provided – solar sales experience highly preferred but not required Warm leads & booked appointments provided daily Fortnightly in‑person meetings for coaching and growth Flexible schedule – work remotely, attend in‑home appointments Genuine career progression opportunities into senior roles Who You Are Have excellent communication and people skills Are self‑driven, confident, and hungry to succeed Can organise and manage their own schedule remotely Thrive in performance‑based environments Are available for occasional in‑person training (fortnightly) Solar sales experience is preferred but not essential Based in VIC – with a driver’s licence and a car About Us We’re an Australian‑owned company helping homeowners transition to clean energy with reliable solar solutions.
