What the Role Involves Attending 3-4 pre-booked, highly qualified in-home appointments per day Presenting solar & battery solutions tailored to each customer Building trust through transparency and industry knowledge Closing strong (40%+ Ratio), clean deals and paperwork while respectfully representing the Smart Solar brand Who We're Looking For We're searching for High Performance Players - driven, hungry professionals who know how to close and represent our professional and customer orientated brand. Requirements 2+ years in direct sales or high ticket direct sales (solar experience is a plus) Confident, motivated, and consistently high-performing Salary + Bonuses Laptop and a dedicated home workspace Weekday availability + the occasional weekend Demonstrated top 10% performance in previous sales roles with verifiable revenue numbers Australian citizens and permanent residents are eligible to apply Proven track record of top performance sales history is non-negotiable.
